Continuing their 100th Anniversary celebrations, Converse has lined-up a wide variety of sneakers for their November collection including many favorites. The November Collection yields various models of the Chuck Taylor, Jack Purcell, Pro Leather High and One Stars. A few make-ups stick out from the crop, but the suede Pro Leather Hi and Chuck Taylors aren’t usually seen in this manner. Release is scheduled for November at Converse Japan retailers. Just last week a teaser shot of the Silly Thing x Undercover x Converse Jack Purcell was revealed, however new shots of the sneaker display a purple model to be released along side the black version seen earlier. Over the past few weeks we’ve seen a number of collaborations Converse has taken-on, this specific project is bound to promise high quality and premium materials, as seen in past collaborations. In more Converse news, it appears that yet another high-end brand is teaming up with classic American footwear brand and the Jack Purcell. Japanese brand Number (N)ine collaborates with the Converse displaying a simple model that consists of a knitted upper along with black accents on the toe and in-sole. In attempt to gain the attention of sneaker-heads, colette and GAP used their concept store campaign to team up with a few sneaker companies including Onitsuka Tiger and Converse, seen above. Using the iconic Chuck Taylor as the the base, the sneaker continues with the black/yellow caution theme, while also fighting for a good cause in the process. The Converse 1HUNDR(RED) campaign extends through the year and has called on Dutch brand Wood Wood to collaboration on the latest Chuck Taylor. Having a monochromatic feel to it, the sneakers are made up of gray canvas, suede, 1HUND(RED) red eyelets, and custom tagging. Furthermore, other details include the Wood Wood star map patter lining the inside of the sneaker as well as branding on the tongue. Release is scheduled for October 1st, 2008 at a select accounts. With Converse launching a series of sneakers to commemorate their 100 years in the business, they have also been busy with other lines and project including the Mocomoco Pack, which consists of two All Star Hi’s. Each style consist of a plush upper upper available in black and wheat suede, reminiscent of teddy bears. Furthermore, each also features an accenting lacing area and converse logo at the side.
