Mita Sneakers x Asics Gel Lyte III – Purple Haze | Blueberry
Once again, Japanese based retailer Mita Sneakers and Asics team up to present their latest duo of Gel Lyte III’s. Similar to the first version, the pack consists of two different styles, Purple Haze and Blueberry. Each consists of metallic uppers, polka dots around the ankle area and a splattered mid-sole. Both look phenomenal and feature a great amount of details, a major achievement for the Gel Lyte III. Release is scheduled for later next month at Flauge.
Asics GT-II LE – Black / Anthracite / Grey | White / WhiteIt
It may not be the popular Asics Gel Lyte III, but the GT-II LE has caught the eyes of many Asics fans over the past few months and two new styles are available now at The Good Will Out. The first model consists of a black/anthracite/grey color combination along with perforated leather, elephant patterned upper, 3M on the heel and finished with gel cushioning. The second model is similar to the black version, but more subtle in design with a white/white on color-way.
Solebox x Asics Gel Lyte III Unbranded
If you were in Germany and missed out on the Solebox x Asiscs Gel Lyte III or don’t want to pay ridiculous re-seller prices, the unbranded version of the sought after collaboration is set to be released September 27th with a limited quantity of 350 pairs. The only thing not appearing on the sneaker is the Solebox branding and will most likely not come with all the extra goodies the branded version came with, but nevertheless an excellent opportunity to pick-up a very nice Gel Lyte III without having to pay a whole lot. Onitsuka Tiger x Colette
We initially previewed the Onitsuka Tiger x Colette sneaker with limited photos and information, however solid information can go along with these two photos. As we get closer to the September 6th release, we get a better look at the Supreme Dunk SB like appearance. The sneakers also sport a classic Colette blue and grey combination to along with a star pattern. Look for these to release at the opening of the Colette x Gap pop-up shop on September 6th. Via hs.
Solebox x Asics Gel Lyte III x MusicSkins
To hype up the release of the Solebox x Asics Gel Lyte III even more, the two companies add MusicSkins into the mix by creating a series of skins for different platforms. A wide range of skins have been created which includes all the most popular gadgets including several iPods, Black Berries, PSP’s, Nintendo DS and the Zune. The skins wrap all the way around, this can be seen when the front and the back designs are placed side by side. The colors are made up of a gradient purple and white logo. All skins are now available at MusicSkins for $15.
Solebox x Asics Gel Lyte III Commerical
As anticipation grows for the release of the Solebox x Asics Gel Lyte III, a new commercial has surfaced to help promote the collaboration. The commercial consists of different people in the city who lift their shoes in the air to demonstrate the color change concept as the Sun shines on the sneaker. A very creative and interesting commercial that will definitely entice consumers to pick-up one of the hottest collaborations of the year. Release is scheduled for August 23rd.
