We’ve seen a few Asics Gel Lyte III’s that have been released over the past few weeks, but these models have spotted inside of Footlocker. The GL III pictured above features a combination of black, white, purple and blue, a very subtle color-way. In more Asics news, the GT Gel is seen from BRIGHT Frankfurt featuring a pink/yellow/blue color-way with pink appearing on the logo and accents of yellow and blue. A classic style re-invented to fit into Asics’ more color-ful type of sneakers. Via hs.

Asics has sparked the interest of many sneaker enthusiasts with the introduction of collaborations with the likes of Alife and Mita. We’ve continuously shown the Solebox and Asics Gel Lyte III collaboration and an official release date August 23rd has been announced. Colette has recently teamed up with Oakley and also adds Onitsuka Tiger to the list. The Onitsuka Tiger’s seen above feature a similar design seen on the Oakley Forgskins, a combination of white and grey accompanied by stars. Here’s a look at a few new releases from Onituska Tiger including the Fabre 74 and Mexico 66. The Fabre 74 is accompanied by three Mexico 66’s and is made up of a brown and red color-way. As for the Mexico 66’s, three simple color-ways are featured including white, black, and white/red/blue. All Onituska Tiger’s are now available at Overkill.

Last night at the friends and family event held by Ronnie Fieg, the Gel Lyte III secretly released along side the Asics GT Quick. The Gel Lyte is slightly different then the original, containing black panels instead of white to give it a more New York feel.

David Z and Asics have yeilded a few amazing creations of the Gel Lyte III. They are back at it again, however they decided to use the GT Quick Instead. In the past, Ronnie Fleg of David designed a variety of Gel Lyte III’s, but has moved on to the GT Quick using the same style of design. The GT Quick is made up of a black upper with purple and blue accents. A very simple use of the different colors.
