In 2007 we will once again see the Air Jordan 1 Retro. So far, there are about 5 color ways of the Air Jordan 1 to release, and the Black/Red pictured above is one of them. Eastbay recently posted catalog pictures of the Air Jordan Retro 5 Black/Met. Silver and the Jordan V White/Black-Metallic Silver Womens Low. I assure you, the Black/Metallic Silver 5 will have 23 on the side. Here is a couple Air Jordan 9.5 Lows to release in 2007. The White/Metallic Silver-Lite Phantom Blue Pearl Yellow aka “Laney” color way we have showed in the past, but the Varsity Red White Patent Leather color way is pretty new to the internet. After a long cold night, and the anticipation at its peak, my friends and I wait at a certain Athletes Foot located in Sacramento California for the Air Jordan Retro 5 Fire Red Release. By 4:00 a.m. the line was about 30 people deep, and the cold weather was not helping, but the occasional hot chocolate would hit the spot. At 8:30 the store manager and employees arrived, and to my surprise more people got a pair than I expected. Yes, this pair is a general release, but this Athletes Foot is not known for getting a lot of pairs. My friends and I all got our size (being about 4th,5th,6th in line), so I can easily say mission complete.

Not much information is known as of yet, but I do believe this is a new Air Jordan Team Model to release in 2007. There is a big lineup of Air Jordan Team line to release such as the High Rise and more color ways of the 9.5, and there is a rumor in 2008-2009 Jordan Brand will push the team line more than the retro’s and of course the new numbered Jordan’s (rumor has it after the Air Jordan XXIII release, it is over for the numbered Jordan’s.)
