Although we’ve seen a select number of pairs of the Air Jordan Spizike pop up in select retailers in 2009, most notably the winterized boot versions, 2010 seems like it’ll be a bigger year for the Spizike silhouette. With previews of a “grape” colorway and of a patent leather pair, team Jordan Brand does not seem to be finished there. Originally just a sample, there are now pictures of what the final “Black Cement” Spizike product looks like. The spizike pictured here provides an alternative to the white cement Spizike that released a few years ago by coming in a predominantly black upper, while cement print can be found on the midsole, wings, heel, and lining of the toe box. Finally, there is a pattern lining the inside of the shoes with a bunch of words, including one that describes a move his airness seemed particularly fond of doing on the court: “dunk.” Where does this pair stand with respect to the slew of other Air Jordan Spizikes previewed as part of team Jordan Brand’s plans for 2010?

We last saw the Air Jordan 1 Flight Mid in a New York Knicks colorway earlier today. Well, it doesn’t stop there. The Air Jordan 1 Flight Mid gets the Detroit Pistons treatment, coming in a white/french blue-varsity red colorway to match the home uniform for the team. The 1 Flight uses a white leather upper with a white patent leather toe, offset by a navy nubuck toebox to match the ankle area and midsole. Red laces contrast the bright upper, and the tongue features a white/red makeup with a navy Jordan symbol. These jays are available now online for $110-$120 at RMKstore.

The Air Jordan 1 Flight has been MIA for a while, until now. The Air Jordan 1 Flight Mid has come out in a New York Knicks colorway, representing NY in the classic white/orange/blue mockup. The 1 Flight features a white leather base upper with a subtle perforated design on the side. Blue is added in the mix in the inner lining, tongue, toebox, and ankle area, while offset by orange at the laces, sole, and heel. The tongue features a throwback Air Jordan VII design to complete this basketball shoe. It’s available now online for about $78 at Kinstor.

After seeing a few years in the shade, Jordan Brand is bringing back their Air Jordan Flight 23 in three new monochromatic colorways for the Spring of 2010. Often overshadowed by the popular Flight 45, JB puts the AJ4-inspired silhouette to good use with a simple, design complimenting color pallet. In tonal grey, white leather, and black nubuck all three colorways are accented with just the right amount of detail work, a perforated upper, patent heel panel, and speckled midsole, respectively.
