adidas used the Torsion SP Mid to try and have your outdoors men/women ready to take on any and everything mother nature might throw at you. Now, this Torsion Low is also done up with Gore-Tex material to help keep you dry during perhaps your less strenuous way TO the cliff (at which point you might change to the SP Mid’s). This shoe comes in a rather colorful palette- with a base made up mostly of different hues of blue with yellow and very light grey accents. Adidas is definitely coming up big in its skate game, especially with the release of its Culver Vulc. The Adidas Skate Culver Vulc comes in a clean black/white/neon green colorway. The upper consists of black suede with neon green hints on the tongue tag, side panel, and heel, along with some white piping to match the white midsole. Neon green is also placed on the outsole to make people turn heads. Of course, the shoe comes with a vulcanized toe, as stated in the name. Although Dwight Howard’s Commander LT’s have stolen most of the attention surrounding adidas as of late, the brand is always attempting to re-invent itself and progress. In order to do that with their Forum Mid, adidas teamed up with fashion gurus from Nom De Guerre- the result being this stylish re-invention. This pair boasts waxed laces, white straps, and a zippered covering over the tongue. This collaboration most definitely brought about a newer, more stylish look to an adidas classic. Fresh off of reports concerning the adidas TS Commander LT in a grey and blue colorway, we now have word that the same shoe in a black, white and blue colorway is set to release in select Foot Lockers nationwide in November. The upper comes in black perforated leather, the toe box and back heel in black suede, and the strip of blue near the sole even has stars representing Dwight Howard’s NBA team- the Orlando Magic. Moreover, on the tongue it reads “The Man Child,” which is an accurate description of this young phenom in his 20’s given his dominating presence. Adidas is set to release an Orlando Magic colorway of their relatively new sneaker, the TS Commander LT. Worn by Dwight Howard in the 2009 NBA Finals, many of us are familiar with the Grey/White/Royal colorway. On top of the grey nubuck upper and use of adiPrene technology, the model features ‘Fat Stripes’, used to give the foot extra stability. The colorway, along with other versions of the shoe, is expected to hit retailers this October.

The adidas Originals by Originals Jeremy Scott line has been making NOISE this year as a result of eye-catching experiments like these trendy snow boots. Fresh off of a fashion show in London promoting a bunch of stuff from their Spring/Summer 2010 lineup, adidas Originals is at it again with these “JS Wings” kix that sport a reflective, multi-colored upper and wings that actually fit in perfectly with the shoe’s theme via being held in place by the shoe laces. Japan is on the map, especially with the release of the Chapter Express x Adidas Decade Hi W, which is a collaborative effort between Adidas and Tokyo-based shoe retailer Chapter Express. The Decade comes in two colorways: black and white, and uses full nubuck and leather uppers, respectively. The black pair features a black nubuck upper with blue, pink, and yellow contrasts on the stripes, tongue, perforated side panel, and outsole. The white pair is quite different, with a white leather upper and contrasting rainbow design on the stripes, tongue tag, and laces. The side panel features a special rainbow pearl tre-foil design, making this pair of sneakers stand out. They’re both available now exclusively on Chapter Express for about $110 each.
