This year has been huge for Jordan Brand, and we’re not even half-way through. But it has been such a year partly because of the hype produced by new team Jordan releases, at least as much as because of the signature Air Jordan sneakers that have already hit and are still scheduled to drop. For example, we recently showed you the “V2.Grown” from Jordan Brand’s lifestyle lineup, which is a reworking of last year’s Chukka model. Now you can add the Air Jordan Take Flight to the list of new team Jordan releases of 2010. Pictured here in a black/varsity purple-white colorway, the Air Jordan Take Flight will actually be the first sneaker from this brand to sport a full Air Max sole unit when it releases in what is said to be the 2010 holiday season. What are your initial thoughts? If you’re loving them a little too much, try your luck at purchasing the sample size 9 pair already on eBay.

  1. These do look pretty cool. I like any Nike that has a air bubble in the heal. It reminds be of the olden days.
