      1. I see it as borderline desperate as well…. they just recently released this shoe, and they know sneakerheads would buy any jordan shoe with nike on it. They desperately want a piece of the all star weekend sales… look at last year, every lebron kobe kd flight one and dunk sold out, jordan wants a piece of that pie. It’s making me turn down their releases more and more.

        1. I still dont see how your theory makes any sense… You just said any sneaker head would buy the shoes with a nike on the back so it really doesnt matter when they release them, it just so happens to be in the all star weekend… So if anything with all the hype being generated by all the highlighter nike sneakers it will be much easier for me to snag a pair of these… You should be thanking JB theyre actually giving you a chance to cop

  1. Well, they Nike, Jordan Brand, are in the business of making money, so why not produce what sells. Nike dont care about us being sneaker heads, they want the stock prices to continue to increase. On another note, I’m glad they re-releaseing this shoe, I missed out in 2011 and was going to pay the stength so now I can get these and the 13’s for what I was going to pay for the 2011 release. Oh and hell yeah, the 88’s are almost like they were when I had them in 1988.

  2. I remember Kobe had these as a game Shoe for the 2003 all star game… Lol I wish the bring back the $99.99 price
