Said to be the best high school basketball player in the country following his 1983-1984 junior season, Simeon’s Ben “Benji” Wilson saw his career come to a tragic end when he was shot and killed on the eve of his senior season. Now, Jordan Brand is set to honor the Chicago legend with a special edition of the Air Jordan 1.
Coming in Simeon’s school colors of blue and gold, the kicks come with special edition packaging and see Wilson’s jersey #25 embroidered on the heels. Additional Wilson branding appears along the collar of each shoe.
