adidas today unveils “Bright Lights – Big City” packs featuring special colorways of the adizero Crazy Light 2 and Equipment Top Ten 2000. The colorways pay homage to the basketball meccas of New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles with amplified colors and reflective materials to stand out on the court.
The throwback design of the Equipment Top Ten 2000 reps 90s fashion with exaggerated features like the extended herringbone outsole and bold, wave shaped, EVA molding design. The combination of nubuck, elastic and a raised synthetic leather three-stripes “wave” and Feet You Wear technology give this shoe a distinct retro feel.
At 9.5 ounces, the adizero Crazy Light 2 is the lightest basketball shoe on the planet. The web layout provides both vertical and horizontal strength with the shoe’s new aerodynamic 3-layer SPRINTWEB. adidas maximized overall shoe support, weight savings, energy return and motion control with the new asymmetrical and enlarged SPRINTFRAME.
