New detailed images emerge today of the forthcoming galaxy-inspired Nike KD V (5) “Area 72″.

Carrying a multicolored atomic green, crimson orange, and two-toned navy and green colorway, these signature kicks will look to display galactic-like graphic along its inner lining, don a speckled midsole, reveal crater-like branding at the tongue, and rock a customized “Area 72″ designed insole, essentially where its nickname derives. The overall look is then made official with “KD” branding at the heel.

Rumored to release sometime around the start of this year’s NBA All-Star Weekend, stay tuned to Sneaker Files for more release info on the drop.

kinda of interesting if we do the whole galaxy thing again for ASG weekend. it is Houston..another space theme sounds appropriate i guess but this should be a train-wreck like last year…SMH
