More images of the Air Jordan IV (4) "Promo" in Black/Cement have surfaced again. It seems we keep seeing these everywhere. We've seen the full line up of the LIVESTRONG series of Nike performance sneakers. Or so we thought. The Nike Free Xilla returns dress in Lance Armstrong attire.
