During the 1992 Summer Olympic Games in Barcelona, Spain, the Admiral, David Robinson, laced up the Nike Air Ballistic Force High en route to the gold medal. In the summer of 2010, Nike plans to drop yet another hybrid basketball shoe: the Nike Zoom Barcelona. This sneaker draws inspiration from the Nike Air Ballistic Force High’s and pays homage to the Dream Team’s accomplishments in Barcelona. One pair will come in the expected USA colors, while a second pair’s colorway will draw inspiration from the Lithuanian national basketball team colors that the Dream Team defeated in the finals to take home the gold.
