While 2010 has a couple of eye-catching and head-turning releases in store, such as the Vandal Hi Nylon sneakers, news of more classic releases is surfacing. Both Nike Carnivores pictured here are tentatively releasing next summer, meaning the shoe will be retroed for the first time since they came out seventeen years ago in 1993. The first shoe pictured sports a black/purple/sea blue colorway, while the second consists of a black/red/brown colorway. How many of you out there will at least try a pair of these on? How many of you know one or both of these are going to end up in your hands asap? Stay tuned for more news as it comes up.

Nike is overdoing the retro department. Lack of creativity, lets do a retro and SCREW the owners of the OG model. I mean this is one of the best kicks ever. Sorry folks. I just don’t see it. I remember first seeing these back in ‘93 when I was high school and saying to myself, “WTF”! 16 years later, I still look at these and say to myself, “WTF”! Nike should have just kept these in the 90’s never to see the light of day again. Not every single shoe is deserving of a retro and this is one of them.

I had theae in 93, and I’ll get them again. May not be the best looking, but super comfortable.

The red ones look decent. And steelo brown has a point. Some kicks just belong in the 90’s, especially when they have that bright, wild look. And im guessing they’re gonna have a price tag of like $140. :^(
1st off these are one of nike’s illest sneakers ever, thank god there being retroed. These came out when I was in sixth or seventh grade and moms was not buying me no 100 dollar sneakers, but I now I got my own money and these will definitely be copped!!!

I’ve been waiting on these so “I can give a rats ***” about old farts that hold their OG sneakers up to a shrine. Even if I would’ve copped these in 93 they wouldn’t fit me anymore so I would have to buy them again. I keep seeing comments about people wishing nike never re-released their favorite kicks. Ha, I gotta laugh at you people. Nike is in the sneaker business what da hell makes you ppl think that they are not going to retro every sneaker that they ever produced, stop being fools. Forget about any sentiments that you hold dear about a sneaker, your setting up to get your feelings hurt you materialistic ********. With that said I just hope nike comes out with a hot new colorway for these, gives us quality materials, and stop jackin up the price on us. These are like huraches on steroids.
YEA, I HAD THESE IN 93, I REMEMBER COPIN THEM AT JOURNEYS BACK IN THE DAY, THE ONLY REASON I GOT THEM IS BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T HAVE THE NIKE AIR UNLIMITEDS IN MY SIZE, THESE WERE REALLY BEFORE THERE TIME ( JORDAN XX), I USED TO SPORT THEM WITH CARGO SHORTS, AND THEY PERFORMED VERY WELL ON THE BASKETBALL COURT. I JUS REALLY HATED THE LITTLE STRAP ON THE SIDE THAT YOU PULL UP ON. AFTER A WHILE IT STARTS TO GET A LITTLE FLIMSY. I WILL BE COPIN

I for one am happy that Nike is re-releasing these. These shoes are from a time before all the hypebeasts started tea bagging each other over which shoes someone told them are hot. They were sick. Mad comfortable and style for days. If you know about it you respect them, if you don’t shut the **** up and go buy a pair of TK’s for a buck forty
