2009 is already a great year for running sneakers, and it only gets better with the New Balance 996 Collection. The New Balance 996 model is a classic running shoe, and is now given a modern, creative feel. Designed and developed by the New Balance Japan department for Spring / Summer 09, this new collection is re-introduced in three colorful colorways. Each pair features mesh on the toebox, as well as the tongue and ankle area. The rest of the sneaker is finished off in a mixture of patent leather and suede.
They already did the purple/red combo in B Huarache, and yeah, the red to white, seen that in too many dunks.
NB's trying so hard to launch their name, but they can't be original by copying nike every time.
