Maybe Joe is looking past the super niche and expensive boutique market and looking to people who really can’t spend too much on a pair of sneakers with the economy being the way it is hence the name “The Reccession”.

I WEAR FOAMPOSITES/FLIGHTPOSITES, AIRMAXES,JORDANS,ETC, AND I HAVE TO ADMIT, THESE ARE PRETTY HOT, I WILL BE COPPING TO ADD TO MY COLLECTION. MAYBE YOU GUYS HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT FAT JOE IS FROM THE STREETS, AND HIS FIRST ALBUMS HE RAPPED ABOUT IT, HE KNOWS THE STRUGGLE OF EVERYDAY LIFE IN THE HOOD, HE’S NEVER FORGOTTEN WHERE HE’S CAME FROM, EVEN THOUGH PEOPLE HE’S LOOKED OUT FOR HAVE FORGOTTEN ABOUT HIM. I grew up on welfare, i remember my grandmother taking me to get $5 kicks (JOX, with the zipper on the side), that i would make last for 3 months, cuz she was too cheap to buy me any decent shoes. like i said, i am all for making a shoe AFFORDABLE for the masses, but do u really expect these to actually sell?? HE WAS THE MAN RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING US ONE OF THE “GREATEST RAPPERS OF ALL TIME, CHRISTOPHER RIOS AKA “BIG PUN”.
