There is no doubt that New York has played an important role to the decision of the colors of new Nike models and with the Los Angeles location of the House of Hoops opening, they too have saw L.A based sneakers. The Air Sharkley pictured above illustrates this idea with the soon to be released New York Yankee edition of the Air Sharkley. Of course, the sneakers incorporate the Yankees colors, white, grey and blue as well as pinstripes. Expect to see these at your local Foot Locker in about 2 weeks. Via Footlocker.
