As the year continues, so does the celebration of Converse 100 years in the business, and this month marks the Converse Addict Collection. This collection uses high quality materials and a updated look. Sadly, the price has inflated too with a price tag of ¥16,800 JPY and ¥24,150 JPY which converts to $169 USD and $243 USD. Via Honeyee.

Thats some NIKE *** **** to do. Use so-called “premium materials” to make the same *** shoe. then up the price. NIKE can shove the premium leather up their ***. still got the same cheap asian kids making, and they probly cost less too make cause NIKE probly pays less for materials then converse did before they were bought out. Its bad enough they up the price $20 on the originals. DOnt believe they hype. DOnt buy into the greed.

Yeah I really I still have pairs of All Stars and Jacks that I got in high school that are “vintage” now lol since they were still made in the USA and I’m only 26.
$169 for the old-school black heel tabs and different stitching? They need to come with some Zoom Air insoles for this much. AND be made in the USA. At least.
