Last night at the friends and family event held by Ronnie Fieg, the Gel Lyte III secretly released along side the Asics GT Quick. The Gel Lyte is slightly different then the original, containing black panels instead of white to give it a more New York feel.
If you are like most of us, and were not fortunate to be part of the event, 200 pairs were released online as well as at the flagship store. These carry a very reasonable price tag of $100.00, so do not expect them to be available for very long.

funny, i was just in the city on wednesday….i hit 3 david Z locations on the hunt for some new converse, and while i was there i made sure to look at the asics section…..none of the stores i went to was the flagship, though, and i didnt get to see any of the exclusive goods. got me some double-upper black and white chucks though.
