i had this particular model in the late 80's

British Knights Leader, Metros, Kings SL, Letters, Ultra

unfortunately the way these were made meant that they looked good but the quality was cheap and nasty. i would only get a pair if the materials have improved. Otherwise, i would recomend FEIT

which make a decent – in my definition, means comfort, style, and durability – pair of shoes.

BK's quality is yet to be tested –

i have 4 pairs of FEIT and everywhere i go compliments and respect paid up with interest.

your lying to yourself if your saying these kicks are at kmart, because they aren't. I do remember one style of the BK's was retro'd i believe back in 03 maybe 05, but it was done poorly, this time around they got them DEAD ON TO THE ORIGINALS. Just ordered a set and I will most definitely be wearing these over any air force 1, if you weren't around in the late 80's your just not going to be up on this shoe unless kanye wears it, but these, most definitely blew up in 89, BK's were the ish, and expensive. can't wait to get my pair in hand!

on everything i saw these shoes at big kmart… they used to sell BK shoes at Kmart.
