Maybe due to age and Nigo getting older, a lot of Bapes are releasing in more subtle colors, including two new Apesta pictured above. Resembling the all time classic Chuck Taylors, these two Apestas contain denim with a Beige canvas and Black stripes. Finishing off the Bape Apesta is the rope style logo which reads “Bathing Ape”. I still think they look good if you want super special converses. Heck, you may not really like Converse (or Nike or adidas) and Bape is a way of saying “I admire what was done, but I don’t want to promote you anymore… I’m a little different”
