Here ’s what I thought: the carmine is much lighter in person than online – it looks a have slight pink hue in them; the sneaker overall doesn’t look as good as the original in person, but close.
THERE HAS BEEN MUCH ANTICIPATION FOR THESE. I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I HAVE THIS PAIR IN MY POSSESSION. I REALLY DONT GIVE 2 ASSES BOUT THE 17′S I MIGHT JUST GIVE THEM AWAY, BUT THE CARMINES MUST GET PURCHASED. I WOULD GET 2 PAIRS AS WELL IF IT WASNT FOR THE PACK. THAT OTHER SHOE IS GETTIN IN MY ****** WAY.

Yet another Hatfield design. The Jordan VI kept the clear soles and lacelocks from the Jordan V, but added a rubber tongue with two holes for getting the shoe on. – -The pattern on the shoe was interesting. If you look at the shoe the right way, the number 23 appears with the number 2 standing upright on the back of the shoe and the number 3 laying down, facing the ground near the laces. – -The retro release of the Jordan VI is exactly like the original release, although a an incorrect sample caused quite an uproar among fans of the Air Jordan line. –

Reality, if they did that, that would de-value the OG Carmines. People would still be able to tell, but the legacy of the shoe must remain like that. There weren’t a whole lot of Carmines that dropped back in the day, so if you got some original one’s, you paid a grip for em because chances are, like me, you’re not wearing the same shoe size you wore almost 15 years ago, and two, the ones you bought off ebay or where ever are yellowing at the sole. Thats just what they do. I saw a guy that had his deadstock, box kept and they still yellowed.
