Honeslty, shopping at target is not so bad. I thought that it was a wack store, but i recently went to buy diapers there and they have tons of selections on food to clothing. I also bought some shirts, jeans and let me tell you jeans are not that expensive there and they are great quality. As for shoes….WACK! But converse might make them ok in that department.
