To honor three of New Balance’s United States factories, a new Factory Plaid collection will be released featuring three different types of traditional plaids. Each of the shoes feature the factory name embroidered into the front of the shoe. The navy and black pair is for Lawerence, gold and black is for Norridgewock and lastly, purple and black for Skowhegan. Also being released with the shoe is a corresponding plaid swatch on the lid and a white box. The collection has been released in some areas with a retail price of $150. Via hs.

Ugly, but I have to cop since Norridgewock, Maine is my hometown and I went to high school in neighboring Skowhegan, Maine. Only time I’ll ever be able to rep Maine with my kicks. These towns are tiny, like 1,200 and 8,000 respectively. 207!!
