Earlier, a picture of the Air Jordan 5 x Air Force 1 Fusion shocked sneaker collectors from all over, never have two dominant shoes in sneaker culture have been merged together. With that said, this particular pairs looks quite good only because it has a old Fire Red V feel to it with minor adjustments like the Air Force One sole and Mid strap which completely throw the shoe off. Nike should let Air Jordans be Air Jordans and Air Force Ones be Air Force Ones. Via Black Rainbow.

i think the designers of this shoe did a great job considering the task at hand.
i think the fusion kicks from jordan brand are not that bad at all. sometimes its good to mix things up. nowadays they’re not making kicks for the collector of the old days. they are making them for the new set of collectors now. even if you dont like it, the kids now have to have something to call they’re og’s. even if it is recycled nike stuff.

They look better than the 12 fusions but they are STILL too ugly for me to buy. The clear sole is a nice touch tho.
i have to disagree with ‘let af1’s be af1s, let jordan be jordan’…jordan and af1 have both lost the heat/luster of their heritage. nike/jordan have gotten stagnant and need to do something different. this shoe is much richer in person and is now only at the sample stage. (nike/jordan tend to upgrade throughout the shoe-building process.) i say, wait and see, and i bet more people are rocking them than you think.
all the fusions should be lit on fire

These look way better than the AF1 x AJV fusion they posted a couple of weeks ago(straight garbage). I’m still not a fan but I think there is a place for these in the game(and in my collection, if they drop a black colorway). I like the fact , they kept the reflective tongue. And the icy clear sole is just sick!!! The AF1 x AJXII hybrid grew on me and, after the drop these might grow on me too. Intriguing, but still not that fusion that’ll shake up the kicks’ game. 3 and a 1/2 outta’ 5.
