Nike introduces a new pair of the Air Stab in the form of a womens pair featuring an Aqua and Red color-way. This happens to be one of the few Air Stabs that don’t look that great, Nike has a lot of success with that line but this seems to have missed out with a weird color-way that doesn’t seem to flow all that great. You can easily say that Run DMC put the Adidas on the map throughout the Hip Hop scene in the 1980s. Adidas has always recognized this, and in 2002 released a special Jam Master Jay Adidas Superstar.

2007 is the five year anniversary of Jam Master Jay’s death, and with that in mind Adidas will release four color ways, three pairs of the Adidas Brougham and a pair of Ultrastar which will pay homage to JMJ. Earlier this year rumors went around about Jordan Brand releasing a special iD section. This has brought much grief, thinking people can make multi colored Jordan XI, but that will not happen. High sources have stated Jordan Brand will release certain Team Models available to customize on the iD platform.

This will allow some of the great Team Jordans that released (and new ones) to customize, matching your School colors or picking your favorite colors. The Team Jordan iD will happen in 2008 but people have said in the Spring, and others in the Fall. Stay tuned for more information.

As a part of Reebok’s Halloween pack, the ERS 2000 Friday the 13th Edition features some details derived from Jason. The first thing that is most noticeable is the red spots on the back of the shoe which represents blood and white holes on the back that represents Jason’s white hockey mask. Nike has its share of nice looking shoes and then they have their share of shoes like this Air Max Light that look like this which isn’t great looking. This falls into the category with the shoes that have the more dark and earth-tone like colors which don’t seem to come out right half of the time and the digital camo doesn’t help either.
