The Air Max LTD 2 comes in Premium smooth brown leather, the same leather like Lederhosen leather. Featuring a very fresh light blue sole unit. All over brown using the material finishes to give the shoe depth. Using Baroque Brown and gold stitches for the “Pretzel” Logo. And the Light Blue as a vibrant pop color. The branding is a simple “Pretzel” on the Sockliner (allover Bavarian flag).

The 174th Oktoberfest 2007: September 22th - October 7th

The historical background:
The first Oktoberfest was held in the year 1810
in honor of the Bavarian Crown Prince Ludwig’s marriage to Princess Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen.
The festivities began on October 12, 1810 and ended on October 17th with a horse race.
In the following years,
the celebrations were repeated and, later, the festival was prolonged and moved forward into September based on the better weatherconditions.

Although some might disagree with me, I think 2007 so far is a great year for Nike Retros but can Nike top it in 2008? We where given a look at the upcoming Nike Retro Indie Energy 2008 releases and we must say, looking good. So far shown as a Indie Energy release is a couple pairs of Nike Dunks, Court Force Highs, Air Max 1 and a Super Blazer.

The last Nike Air Tech Challenge Retro to release was not easy to match, but Nike has used more common colors featuring White, Black and Red. Although a lot of fans of the Original Air Tech Challenge are not satisfied with the Retro, a Black/White/Red color scheme might be easier to swallow.

Check your local Nike spots in the next week or two for the official release, but if you can not wait drop by PYS they have a full size run.

The Puma Mongolian BBQ allows you to add different materials and colors, and is a great success. Coming this Fall, Puma has added the Basket along with the RS100.

Some of the materials used are faux fur, wood effect leather, weaved herringbone and an alligator emboss, and three different soles to choose from: White, Black and Gum. Sometimes things are needed to be done once again due to high demand, and with this in mind JB Classics has teamed up with Sneaker Pimps to design a 2nd pair. They have used the JB Classics Getlo Mid and features a map of Australia on the insole which is the first location Sneaker Pimps took place, multi colored midsole that looks like splattered paint and the traditional chain linked fence mid panel.

Oktoberfest is a special event that takes place in Germany, which started in 1810 in honor of the Bavarian Crown Prince Ludwig’s marriage to Princess Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen.

To celebrate 2007 Oktoberfest, Nike will release the Air Max LTD 2 in a special make over. Featuring a premium leather golden beer brown upper, Brezel on the insole (traditional food to eat at Oktoberfest), and Blue accents. Sadly only 3,000 pairs will release at Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Via The Clones.

For some of us, the Puma First Round has been a very exciting shoe but slowly people are paying more attention to them. While two new colors have released of the Puma First Rounds, it goes to show you can have nice a pair of kicks without all over print, 3M material and laser print. Although they are nice features, sometimes solid colors due the job best. Stop by your local Puma store, while each pair is $85. Via donjuan513.

Its a sad day for Alife fans, since it has been confirmed the New Balance 576 are canceled. Originally the Alife x New Balance 576 where going to release alongside Concepts and Sportie LA New Balances at selected retailers. The 3M reflective was a nice touch, its a shame for this pair to be canceled. But you can expect a special collaboration between New Balance and Alife next year. Via Complex.

Adidas has hooked up with EA Sports to produce some very nice Adidas Skate’s. The Adidas Skate x EA Sports is limited to 500 pairs of the pro model Mark Gonzales Superstars and Dennis Busenitz’s Gazelles.
