I know a lot of the Air Jordan fans are going to be happy with this release, the Air Jordan Retro 8 Aqua is very much on point to the original release. The Light Grey or faded Black (unlike the Original Samples) is placed on the traditional parts of the Air Jordan Aqua 8. Expect to see them in stores September 22nd 2007, while retail is $140. The only Nike swoosh that I recall on the VII’s was on the inside, so I hope that’s what you meant 23, because the VI’s were the last Jordans with the visible Nike Swooosh on the outside.

I’m disapointed with the paint, looks very…”easy to chip” and most likely is. But im glad JB finally brought something for us to get really happy over. All goes well, ill buy 3 pairs. 1 for now, 1 for later(few years, when the other pair is dead) and one to keep DS for EVER.
I Remember purchasing these when I was 7 in 1992, I saw people get shot over these no joke. I still think the O.G’s look a little better but I plan on copping 3 pairs in one day!
they look way better than the samples… thank god they made the bak light grey. I jus don’t like the dull yellow on these.. the og’s have a more orangy yellow. w.e can’t complain cuz they’re HOT coppin 3.. I hope

I wonder if the jordan aquas will be made out of nubuck material(waterproof)? I also wonder why the jordan 8 and other suade jordans tend to fade. I hope these jordans are made of nubuck b/c my last 8’s faded quickly.
