If you live or are visiting Sacramento California make sure to check out The Retro Sole located on Micron Ave. I made my first visit their a couple days ago, and by saying I was impressed is an understatement. The store is beautiful and like no other in the Sacramento area. You walk in, and you have a home feel with the leather couches and plasma screen T.V. playing music from the 90s.

The owner Terrance is a very laid back and chill person, and we talked about sneakers for hours. He had told me the store front opened in December of 2006 and of course he is a long time sneaker head. On top of all the great things we have said, The Retro Sole is the first Sacramento based sneaker spot to allow consignment. As well, if your not available to make a trip to Sacramento they have a website were you can make purchases at: The Retro Sole.

The Retro Sole carries Reebok and New Balance (with a Tier 0 account), Kswiss, Puma, Undr Crwn, Bays, and due to their consignment they also have various Nike’s and Air Jordan’s.

Reebok will release the second series of the Kolors Collection and just like the previous collection some fitted caps will match featuring NFL teams. Different combinations of materials are used like patent leather and the colors bring up a 1990s feel. The Fitted hats are nice as well featuring a array of colors. Expect to be able to purchase them in June. Via HB.

Here is a new Nike model called the Air Zoom Autoclave. The Air Zoom Autoclave is a sneaker you either hate or love but one thing is for sure the color way is nice, a solid white midsole, black suede uppers along with accents of maroon. Via Sneakerfreaker.

A new pair of Nike Air Max 1 Safari have hit stores, this time the main color is Yellow. Very nice selection of colors using Red on the Nike Swoosh, White and Yellow uppers, a Leopard print toe box and heel. Although this pair has been pretty low key, I am sure they will sell well. Available now at Livestock.

Coming in July New Balance will release two 574 models that form the New Balance Flag Collection. Inspiration for the New Balance Flag Collection comes from the American Football World Cup which is held every four years. The U.S and Sweden models will release in the United States July 4th and retail for $65. Via Complex.

This has got to be one of the weirdest sneaker concepts I have heard to date. let me elaborate: Are you one of those people in fear of wearing a new pair of Nike’s because you do not want to get them dirty? Well basically this Nike Beat-Up Chic collection is for you. Each pair will already look intentionally distressed meaning yellowed midsole, faded colors to make the shoes look already used. They will release next week at Comme des Garçons and selling for a whopping $220. In July, another series will release at $120 and will be available at Barneys New York, Urban Outfitters and Scoop. Purchaze received the Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro “Alpha Edition”. This time Nike produces an amazing retro version of the legendary Air Jordan 1. The Air Jordan 1 Retro “Alpha Edition” features smooth University Blue Leather with a nice Jordan graphic. Very nice shoe for this summer! Check that out!

When Nike re released the Nike Air Max Lite many people were excited including me and Nike is leaving fans with wanting more. If you are one of those people than your fix is here, two new pairs of the Nike Air Max Lite which are a JD Sports Exclusive will release in July. The Grey, White and Black color way is nice and it almost looks like Nike used 3M material on the upper portion, while the Black, Red, White is using the same materials. We have previewed many different colors of the Nike Trainer Dunk Highs and why not show another one? Here is the newest collaboration with Mita Sneakers on the Nike Trainer Dunk High. They are different from anything we have seen before on a Nike Trainer Dunk High, which they feature Ostrich on the toe cap, multi colored speckled midsole and cement print at the heel. The release date is June 23rd, via B0b’s Blog.

Finally Adidas has released some very nice EQT Basketball’s for the ladies in two new color schemes. Each pair is very smooth featuring pastel colors and a solid black removable bootie with hears printed around the heel.
