Nike Lebron IV Birthday Pack Update

Nikebasketball has updated their website with a new picture of the Nike Lebron IV Birthday Pack. They come with a very nice case, but right now no word if a special t-shirt or anything will release. Also the retail price is not known, but the release date is December 30th 2006.
