2007 has not even started and their are a ton of rumors being thrown around. One rumor that was said mid way through 2006 is the Air Jordan III Black/Cement would retro once again, but this time without the Nike Air on the heel, and here is some proof. This shirt was spotted on ebay, and even though their are no actual pictures of the shoes yet you can pretty much count on Black/Cement IIIs to retro in 2007.
